Absolutely terrible after sales service happy when selling you the car but if you break down good luck getting help when broken down Was promised to be reimbursed for oil after a serious leak when I presented the receipt they denied this fact One minute they are ford the next they become gates this helps them get out of any situation
Sales are good. The parts section are fine. However the service side have disappointed me frequently.
Very good service, no pressure selling and could not be more helpful. If only all dealerships could be like this it would make buying a car a more pleasurable experience.
LUCY AT FORD WAS SUPER SUPER HELPFUL (hence the capital letters) I needed desperately to have something checked and shes tried so hard to help me and find another ford garage that could help me out! I really appreciated the effort she went too for me considering Ive never been to their garage or had any dealings with them before today.
