Friendly and polite customer service when used for MOT or car services. Comfortable customer waiting area with tea and coffee available. Prices for servicing and repairs are more expensive than an independent garage but, you get added peace of mind at Mercedes Benz. There is a nice window where you can watch the cars being serviced, and the workshop area is spotlessly clean.
