very good place to buy a car but not very happy today ,,bought 2 cars from kia in the last 4 years and was waiting for a fiance decision for the last 3 days ,,only found out today that i was not accepted by seeing the car on there site for sale ,,perhaps a phone call to me would have been nice first ,,will be going else where now ,,,
They advertised a car which wasn't even in the UK, I called them on Thursdays and they asked me to pay 200 to reserve the car which they didn't even had yet and it will arrive the following week Monday or Tuesday, they didn't call me so I called them on Tuesday afternoon the man said they having problem with transport so the car should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday, Thursday afternoon I called them because they didn't, I spoke to a lady instead of who I spoke before she said the car is there so I can collect on Friday anytime we discussed 5 PM but on the way to collect it I got very busy traffic so I rang them to let them know I will be late a bit, 2 minutes later the man called me and said not to go there as the car isn't there yet and might will arrive the following week Monday or Tuesday, when I said that his colleague told me yesterday I can go to collect the car anytime as it's arrived he just said possibly she was hoping that the car will arrive Friday morning and I can collect it and said he didn't say date when the car will arrive also was very disrespectful over the phone and very high-minded, unprofessional team and don't communicate with each other and also the man didn't even bother to give me a call all day Friday to say don't travel to Stevenage as the car isn't there as his colleague misleaded me for some reason, next day I got a Lexus with no problem at all everything went very slightly and quick
