I had to come and give my praise I recently visited this firm as I referred to it but a great friend who told me the staff was so helpful & I would get value. And indeed I did. And no lady in particular Krystal was so gracious. He had answers to all my questions & never rushed her time with making me feel comfortable & buying the right car for me. Good customer service is very rare these days but I have to say the customer care I received from Krystal in particular was outstanding all my questions was answered in the most professional and kindest way! I dont normally leave reviews but the service I received was so good I had to leave one! I spoke with Krystal over the phone she was delightful and helped me with all my queries. Once there Krystal helped me with my finance and her service was just as impeccable face to face she went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted and needed! Never in my life have I ever felt so ripped off. I was told 100 was a refundable deposit. Then when buying the car I was told the 100 was an admin fee. For what? I had to deal with all the paperwork. The place makes me feel as though something dodgy is going on. There is no customer greeting, I feel as though I am putting them out. And when I needed to bring the car back as there was something wrong with engine. Yes I was late. But they said we can't do it now. You have to leave it here or bring it back another time. I get the feeling I've been ripped off. No customer empathy or even eye contact. Never buy from here. I've spent 10K with these sharks. My bad!
