Would I buy a car from Specialist cars BMW absolutely not. There after sales service is shocking in fact its worse than shocking. I have constantly had to chase them for updates on my car and each time I have been promised we will call you back. Do you think I received a call back absolutely NO. What is wrong with you if you say your going to do something at least follow through with it, Ed you need to learn to be able to return customers phone calls. This year I will actually be changing my car and I certainly wont be visiting Specialist cars and for that matter any of the dealerships as I figure they are all as bad as the Stevenage branch.
