As a girl it is always a daunting and problematic experience when your car needs an MOT / Service or Repairs. It is difficult to trust the judgement of a garage and to ensure they are not ripping you off just because they know you have little knowledge. Pound Avenue Garage explained everything to me in detail, broke down the costs with me over the phone, told me what was necessary and were very reasonably priced. They even collected and dropped off my car to me at work - free of charge. Overall, the best experience I have ever had with a garage and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and work colleagues. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

I'm upping my rating and adding a review as I feel, on reflection, that the service I had from Pound Avenue Cars was much better than I initially gave them credit for. I brought my car in to diagnose and fix a loud rattling coming from the engine and the dreaded engine check light coming on intermittently. Great communication from Marco was much appreciated and props to Leigh (I believe) for doing such a good and speedy job fixing the problem. No rattling or engine check light anymore! They also fixed a loose tray or something hanging off under the engine free of charge. Awesome! This was my first experience here and I intend to come back...but not too soon hopefully!
