Decent enough hotel, staff a bit young and tattooed for my taste but for a stopover very reasonable and affordable, clean and tidy with a on-site bar and restaurant.
Poor. Stayed there for one night and the service was awful. Had to wait over hour half for a table for dinner and food and service was not great.Breakfast, they did not have enough staff. No croissants and the coffee machine was not working. Only one person on and waited over 30 mins for someone to take our order only to be told 25 min wait for cooked breakfast and they had run out of sausages. Ended up leaving. Not great would not stay again
Excellent stay! Food was lovely staff were very helpful, definitely stay again.
Great value room for family. Room excellent for value. Staff friendly. Breakfast is better buffet style rather than waiting on as is at this restaurant.
Decent, clean, comfortable, convenient free and plentiful parking. Surprisingly, don't hear any noise from the motorway. The only unexpected feature is the lack of help yourself hot buffet. Breakfast as a result takes longer to complete as the staff takes orders for the hot food items. Fine if you're not in any particular rush, but my nose was put out of joint in the morning when getting ready to attend a client's business. I found this a bit strange for a Premier Inn
