Data protection is shocking. Upon booking my room reservation I was contacted by someone I know saying my details had been given out by a member of staff who was then also going to give out my room key while I was there! Absolutey disgraceful
I would have given this place 5* , from the second we got there , service was great, the room was lovely and the prosecco I asked for to be in the room prior to our arrival was in a bucket of ice waiting .... When checked out and drove home, and then I got a phone call from a very abrupt woman accusing me of smoking in the room and demanding 100 for a fine ... neither me or the Mrs smoke, which I explained to the lady, we left our window open to air the room so I can only assume that smoke has drifted in from another room or from outside if there was a smell in there ... and she said "well, we will just call the police then, expect to get arrested" .. So after doing such a great job with our stay, we were then treated like scum and accused of something we hadn't done. Ruined what would have been a lovely stay.
Beds, rooms and front of house staff great. Breakfast is delicious. Evening meal and service awful. Cold, buffet foodSeem more people with takeaway containers than eating in the restaurant. Need an improvement quickly
Very nice, large well furnished rooms blinding double head showers separate toilet, which is always a bonus. Well stocked bar that's open all hours. Quality stay for not much coin. Well worth a visit.
The Novotel was very comfortable to stay in and the rooms very tastefully decorated.The stand out staff were Jay and Ellie, who made us feel very at ease by being themselves with us. So refreshing and the main reason for the 5 star rating.Thank you
