Brilliant New Years Eve Party!Just got back from staying over at the Cromwell Hotel New Years Eve Party night. What a wonderful night. The hotel was beautiful, the food was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and professional.The whole evening was amazing. The entertainment was excellent and everyone appeared to have a great time. Our bedroom was so beautiful and the breakfast was great.
Great hotel, will stay again! Very nice hotel! Room: Room was very nice, it was all modern fittings but it still felt old and in time with the history of Stevenage and the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and me being 6ft 4 inches my feet hang of the end of the bed but it was still very comfy. Tea and coffee in the room actually tasted really nice and there was plenty of it. Restaurant: Bar and restaurant area was very nice and would happily sit down there in the chairs with a glass of beer and a nice and quiet moment to myself. Cons: If you are tall please beware that the ceilings are low and you may hit your head. I hit my head 7 times in the hotel and I am a clumsy person but still beware if you are tall. Will be staying again though, I really enjoyed it and would recommend as they are reasonably priced too.
Welcoming and friendly staff who welcomed us in for lunch. Excellent food and service. Nice clean and tidy all the round. Excellent toilets. Easy parking to the side and rear. Pleasant gardens.
Really great hotel, very spacious rooms and the beds were massive in the room I was given. I paid 58 for the night and was very surprised at what I got for this price. Everything including cleanliness and size was top notch
