Good for overnight stay. Food is good for a limited menu. Reception staff great, friendly and helpful.
Central location and a good place to stay. Comfortable rooms with good amenities and the continental breakfast included in the room rate was excellent.The only downside of this location was the parking. Although there was an arrangement with a nearby shopping area (5 per overnight parking) this expired at 10am and then street parking was available at an hourly meter cost. It did mean that daily events were scheduled around the parking facilities and did add an extra cost.
It was very nice and the reception were very kind and accommodating. Even tho I chose the wrong room they changed it for us. I'm very grateful.However I was woken up at 8am by somebody trying to get into the room. Trying the locks several times before knocking when I got out of bed and went to the door and nobody was there.
I found the staff at this hotel to be very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. I also disabled and have a blue badge, and the free disabled parking was a bonus. The complimentary breakfast, although basic, was very nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay here again.
Average hotelThe hotel is average. The breakfast spread is average and same everyday. The rooms are good.The hotel seems to be not so well maintained. I stayed for five days. Of the two elevators, one was down for all the five days. On the last day, the second elevator also broke down. I had to carry all my luggage three flights of stairs.The location is good.
