I had a bad experience here once when my cat was very poorly and had to be put to sleep. I think the vet who happened to be in when the time came was a bit overwhelmed (as were we - I'm sure it's not easy dealing with grown adults blubbing like babies, but honestly I didn't feel that soothed).However, since then I've mostly seen the same two vets who give a much better feeling of confidence. The male vet especially puts me at ease as I'm a bit of a worrier. I had been thinking of changing vets, but my last 3 visits here since September 2018 have put my mind at rest. I'll continue to use this surgery for as long as those vets are around!I've never had any trouble getting an appointment, either last minute or in advance. The reception staff are always very friendly and accommodating.
can anyone recommend these vets not long moved back into the area and need my cat to be checked over , on a budget so what are prices like for a health check
Had to have a quick appointment for our little dog . Got an appointment for the same day an this time it didn't cost the earth. Have been taking our animals here for a few years now an would recommend over other vets in town.
Excellent vets all my pets have been registered with them.
My dog was advised some dental work at this practice and they quoted 600 but this may not be the total price untill she is under and they can investigate.I decided to take my dog elsewhere for a second opinion and the treatment was done and not as severe as i first was informed only cost 225 the practice obviously care about the health of my animal . The reception team are lovely but the quality and care is all about making an easy buck. Will not be returning to the practice as my trust has been lost with them.There passion should be the welfare off the animals not money.
