Very disappointed. First time ever at a vets I was not allowed to stay with my little animals as they were put to sleep, the vet expected me to just say goodbye and walk away. Then they charged me at least twice as much as any vet I have ever been to before. I am truly devastated. Please check their procedures and prices before going.

Miss diagnosed my dog not once but twice for two separate issues, moved vets years ago would never go back. First time he had a grass seed up his nose which they did not know what it was so they thought they would tried to flush it through but actually ended up lodging it further up his nose resulting in specialist referral & 2k bill.2nd time they treated him for kennal cough for 9months! I got a 2nd opinion & it was not kennal cough he had a major lung infection & was treated overnight as an emergency & was better in 2weeks. I Heard another story the other day of them misdiagnosing someone else's dog which has now resulted in their death, i was lucky I sort 2nd opinions in time,do not use!

They couldn't of been more helpful and supportive when I brought my little dog in after a car accident and my dog will be to e thank Christ

Always look after my cats very well

Animal welfare clearly doesn't matter to them as they refused an emergency and apperenlty traveling half an hour away to an emergency vet isn't too far for someone who doesn't have transport or anyone to take them. The receptionist was rude and apperenly a dog vomiting and pooping pure blood is not an emergency. Very poor practice I don't know what it wrong with vets now a days, Animal welfare should be before anything. I hope their ashamed of themselves. I would never ever ever recommends anyone to go there. I also had to take my dog there the other day and they moaned because they don't deal with other vets patients in emergencies. Traveling half an hour away with a dog that had already had 8fits and his 9th on his way to them, he proberly wpuld have died driving all the way to potters bar if I didn't kick up such a fuss about travling too far to get my dog emergency help. Vet need to think of the animal first.
