We recently made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our dog Charlie, the compassion and heartfelt understanding Rachel gave us as a family was beyond anything we could have hoped, she showed a true respect and caring for our boy and he was treated with dignity and kindness in and beyond his final moments. We shall never forget the sadness we felt at the time, but we rest a little easier knowing he was truly looked after till the end.
