Excellent gym with wide range of good quality/condition equipment . Friendly staff and lots of varied classes on offer. Not the biggest of spaces so can get pretty busy. Busiest day of the week is normally Mondays by far. Day pass is only 5 and your first session is free if you bring a pass from their website. Membership is 30 a month
Saturday 5th May; the 2 guys working where very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend visiting this gym!Visited again 16/6/18 and again Michael was extremely polite and friendly showing me where the best equipment was! Highly recommend
It has everything you will need, all the plates,machines,free weights are well taken care of. Loved it! Will come back definitively.
Really enjoyed working out at Rise. 5 for single pass; huge gym, very quiet when I went (1145-1300 on a Friday). Wide range of equipment, clean and tidy. Did the Strength & Conditioning class with Toby, who was very knowledgeable about form. The class was small and focused. I will be back!
