Brilliant gym with great facilities over two floors. Ground floor Hammer Strength machines and free weights, first floor combat area with boxing ring and bag station. Excellent coaches for 1-2-1s and strength and conditioning classes.
Took my 2 boys to join boxing, very surprised that the subscription covers all kids sessions & not just boxing. Staff are friendly, the whole set up is extremely good, fromm staff to equipment. I'd recommend trying this place
