Quality! For new starters or experienced lifters this gym has everything you could ever hope for and at a competitive monthly price. For anyone serious about getting into fitness, or for people who have started to plateau and are looking to mix things up, I would highly recommend checking this gym out. The equipment is of the highest quality and is perfectly maintained and the trainer's are all knowledgeable , understanding and refreshingly in shape themselves. Far and away the best independently run gym I've ever trained in and none of the nonsense (lackluster equipment and rude members) that you get in popular chain gyms. Great environment , great equipment and great staff. Makes for an overall fantastic product and experience.
