No idea as I didn't go there I went to Utopia hair and beauty salon which is who I have awarded the 5 stars to
9 for a French polish in 15 minutes is amazing! Extremely tidy job, and managed to squeeze me in to save my bacon. Thanks guys.
Used to go to this salon quite often and recently went there 3 times in the past two months... the last time I went, I was not asked on whether the nail length was correct for me and if the shape they filed my nails to was correct; which it was not. They did not check if all my nails were the same lengths either, they were all massively uneven in the end.I returned the next day, after phoning up that morning to inform them of the mistakes that had been made, and they agreed to redo them again for free. I turned up and they only agreed to redo two of my nails, were very rude to me and when I requested for them to be reshaped to the proper shape I had asked for, he was incredibly rude as he'd have to repaint all of my nails and that service normally costs quite a bit, even though the day before I had paid 18 and not received what I had asked for and was not happy with what I paid for. In the end, I got all my nails reshaped, 2 redone and the length changed and the colour changed for all my nails; which was kind and fair of them to do. However, I was a paying customer and they treated me how I do not deserve to be treated. I work in retail myself so have been trained in customer service and their customer service was appalling.In my opinion, I would not go there and I, myself, will definitely not be returning to receive any treatments from them again in the future.
