I booked as I had a buy a gift voucher about to expire and the owner was very accommodating fitting me in. I upgraded to a deluxe facial. The products were lovely and my skin feels amazing..the therapist recommended an eyebrow thread which she did quickly and efficiently and they look great. I heard lots of happy customers leaving with new eye brows too!
I went to the salon around opening time, didn't have to wait long for my haircut. Stylist Richa gave me a lovely cut, and advised me on how to make it better for my face shape. Would recommend on service/friendliness and cost compared to having a similar cut in other nearby hairdressers, which I also checked out!
My mum and I had gels on our own nails.... 20 each, paid that elsewhere before, so a good price. Had to wait over an hour as there was only one lady doing gel nails... whilst the rest of the staff where standing around not doing much. The next day after having gels done here both my mothers and I nail polish started to peel and chip... not good quality and the lady didnt seem to know what she was doing
Ladies in there are lovely and helpful. My friend and i had a facial, nails, head & back massage which were all amazing. Only negative thing I have to say is because Westgate won't allow them to put doors on the shop front to control the noise if you're looking for a relaxing quiet massage this isn't the place. Can't fault the masseuse she was great!
Couldnt find a better place! It was the first time I was trying lip fillers and Im really glad I found this place. NANDINI was very kind and professional. I felt totally safe and the result is ace! Exactly what I wanted, very natural and delicate. I totally trust her and will definitely go again. Highly recommended!
