Lovely atmosphere lovely staff always helpfull
Sorry first time I have been there and had a 3:00pm appointment, still sitting there wondering at 3:15.Only one young lady working with a client, no sign on girl that took my appointment, so I left frustrated and deflated, I hate poor customer service. If I owned this business I would have a lot to say about how they must respect customers.Customers are hard to get, but easy to lose.

Just started using the sun beds here and I must say they are the best in Stevenage, also the salon is reasonably priced on all there services and the girls are so lovely and helpful. It is clean and well maintained and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who likes to take care of them selves your always met with a very warm welcome and a smiley face
