We took out the insurance with Albanmoves after being sold the cover over the phone, as we used the packing service. After the move and settling into our new house we turned on one of the TV's only to find it was damaged. When we called to report it we were given every excuse as to why it was not covered. For me when chosing a company it is about how they deal with things when they go wrong and for us with a legitimate claim for damage done during the move, we feel let down by a company just trying to avoid a claim. If using Alban moves, we would not recommend using their insurance.
I cannot fault Alban Moves. Everyone from the person who gave the quote, the office team to the movers themselves were excellent. On the day they were the only professionals who did not let us down.
