Long queues and they were rude.

Unhelpful manager woman said she can't serve, ask a staff member- stood around.... Then decided she can serve after all . No prices on anything, when asked you get vague answers about price of items
Not the most helpful staff. The line up system is also a bit over the top.
I came into this shop hoping to buy a bracelet for mine and my wife's anniversary present, I found a bracelet in which I liked very much, when I went up to the tills to purchase it I was served by a young lady named Jarden, although all I wanted was a bracelet I was being constantly nagged to purchase other items in which I neither needed nor wanted, I was very close with walking away from the purchase however decided to deal with the continuous nagging to keep my wife happy. After a couple of weeks the bracelet broke, I went back into the shop so I could get a replacement and was served by another young lady with a rather unusual name that I must apologize I can't remember but it began with an 'R', who was very swift in going to the manager and got me a replacement within no time, if I was to go back in next time I would make sure that I get served by this lady instead, hopefully for a better experience.Henry
