Beautiful jewellery, and excellent personal service. Penny helped with choosing an eternity ring that fitted with my engagement and wedding ring perfectly. On purchasing , Peter generously offered to clean and re plate my older rings for free.
I was not charged for an hour work! The story I was passing by, seeking advice and help to fix my carkey , I found the store. I was looking for an advice and asked the gentleman from the store. The gentleman (sadly dont remember his name) told me he wound see what he could do and told me if I could stay 30 min.Short storyI went out did some shopping and returned after 45 min. He was still working on my key and after an hour he returned my fixed carkey, which was very complicated and magically fixed.I offered to pay! He did not charge me.This stor is generous. I owe the store and the gentleman a great appreciation.
Outstanding customer service! Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Originally went to Hammonds to later find out they were closing down. So glad I went into Kloofs as they went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.
