Excellent furniture selection but pretty old school not contemporary in design. Try Harvey's or Oakland right next door unless you are into the classic traditional look & feel

Do NOT to use! The service I have received is outrageous. I originally ordered the furniture back in July I was told it was a popular range and would recieve it within two weeks instead waited 4 months. The ongoing battle to find out information was near on possible. The customer service is despicable the store manager never returned calls instead I had to do all the chasing, I asked to speak to someone higher to resolve where my furniture was but even the ariel manager didn't bother contacting me, amazing customer service I think not. After the ongoing chasing going into store and calling, the furniture was finally ready to be delivered to only find out some of it was ready back in August! Once the furniture was delivered a completely different chair arrived, this was due to the staff member serving us ordering it incorrectly so had to reorder the one we wanted! I have now been waiting another month or so for my chair and I have been in constant contact with a manage at the store but still waiting. I finally had enough of waiting and asked for a refund due to the chair not being here and lack of customer service was told I couldn't get a refund as it was a special item and it is ready to be delivered within 24 hours, by magic the chair was ready! If I hadn't contacted them I don't know when I would have been told this information. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed with the customer care or lack of it, there for wouldn't recommend anyone to use this store or company. Hopefully by the end of the month I will finally have my living room furniture complete but not holding onto any promises as I've heard it all before from them.
Excellent customer service in-store, very knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely quick and professional delivery service. The 3 delivery men were very polite and friendly and insisted on removing their shoes before entering the house. First class service all round thank you.
