Massive store, no hard sell which was good & felt able to have a browse.
Customer service is this store is equal to "Zero". Staff is only professional and friendly when they want you to buy their sofas and "cross-sell" related products. After order been placed, they simply don't want to know! It takes days or weeks to get a reply to an email or a message. I've ordered two leather sofa's back in March 2018 which been delivered (damaged) in July 2018 with the "Care kit" sold with sofas missing. Now (10 months later) damaged sofas are still not been repaired and missing kit still not received! It feels like every time I call the store I get fobbed off (mainly because there is no one ever available to take any responsibility). Worst customer service ever.

Very pleased with our purchase was delivered on time in perfect condition.
Our dealings was really good friendly and efficient. Everything was explained well to us. Now to see how they deliver the goods in a few weeks time.
