If you haven't been then you must pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed. Family run, friendly pub with an excellent range of drinks and food. Catering for all dietary requirements and a varied kids menu. My only suggestion is to book a table in advance as this place gets very busy, however if you don't mind a wait they will squeeze you in as soon as they can at busy times.

Went for lunch on our 48th Anniversary. Excellent meal and friendly professional service. Great value for money. Lovely atmosphere.
Good quality food, especially the Sunday roast. There is usually 3 ales on handpump, one of which is "Rev James". They are well kept.The place is very popular, especially on Sundays.The decor is good. It has a conservatory, with a sliding roof for the summer. It also has a beer garden.
We went on a Sunday and it was very busy, but we were seated after under 20 minutes. The service was very quick and the food were large portions and it was all hot when it arrived. We also had a dessert and again it was a large portion. Which is fantastic. All the staff were friendly, attentive and by the looks of everyone they were doing a brilliant job bring out the food quickly. Never had a bad experience at the Fisherman and always recommend to people.
