This is nasty here rude guy on the phone after I told him I wanted a refund and also I threw the food in the bin he also told me to go get it out of the bin and give it back to him. DONT EAT FROM HERE battered sausage wasnt even battered was soggy curry sauce was the curry Garvey Asda own by the taste of it chips was just about done. Never got a refund and got ignored.Delivery lady was lovely though.
Food is terrible...fresh fish is obviously frozen. I was told i have to spend a min of 6, which I found odd. When I asked Aidan why? he said he had only worked there 4 days and I needed to speak to the management....I then heard the delivery woman ask why he told me hed only worked there 4 days. Weird.
The lady who delivered our order was lovelyHowever when we opened our food, the kebab we ordered with onion and lettuce had hsrdly any lettuce or onion, and was the portion we where given was tiney, we payed nesrly 7 for, the 'large' chips (2) was more like a single portion fo 1 person, the cod (5) was tiney! And the fishcake looked horrible.Eveeything was eaither drentched in oil or water rom condensation, everythibg was freezing, andthe chips where chewy.. completely inedible.. Our food was also half an hour late..However their customer service was Okay and we got a full refund frim Just eat... Its a shame their food is no good because their service is quite nice.
Absolutely disgusting. Food took 20 mins to be delivered, chips tasted like cardboard and cod was off. Everything was cold. Called to complain for the woman to tell me its fine and shes cooking fish for herself to try. And all she can do is send out chips. Never will order again. EVER
Visited 30mins before closing & wanted a grilled order. Chef didnt want to cook my order, of chick shish, as he was cleaning grill. so talked me into alternative, of chick donor, which he said had just been prepared... opened up order 10mins later to find luke warm, oily chicken. Only could stomach half of it & then had stomach cramps next 3 days
