Place is great but looks like they are running down there stock but staff very friendly and helpful
Well stocked could find items lower priced somewhere else but great for all under one roof.
Had hardly any Christmas stuff left 2 weeks before Christmas. Ask staff for ideas for a simple craft for a group of children and they didn't really have any. Managed to buy a few bits but felt I would have benifitted from some direction particularly as it such a big store.
Always very friendly staff. Lots of stuff and always friendly advice. Placed an order for click and collect. Very quick and informative emails plus easy to pick up.
I used to love this shop for its wide aisles and good stock. However for some unknown reason you are no longer allowed upstairs and some stock has been moved downstairs, which is making the place look a bit of a shambles. Also a lot of stock is in the wrong place so is hard to know the price of items.
