Went with a group of 11. My starter of Tamarind Prawns was very nice, as was my Pilau Rice and Lamb Dhansak. However the Keema Nan was very bland and the service was terrible. The table next to us arrived after we had eaten out starters and their mains arrived before ours. They also had to be reminded about at least 3 of our side dishes
Great food and friendly staff. Often get a takeaway from here. Very popular in the town and can get busy on a Friday night but their time estimates are always good and they make sure you are all looked after. The selection of dishes is great with some unusual things like chicken livers and Persian flavours, as well as the British Indian restaurant classics and a big range of tandoor kebabs. Well worth a visit
The food was good. Customer service was great. Little extras like chocolate are awesome.The naan bread wasn't great though. It was dry and a bit too crunchy. It didn't taste very fresh.
I went for Sunday lunch on my own while my wife was in Lister Hospital nearby. Had an excellent meal. Superb onion bhaji and delicious Khyber pass chef's recipe chicken kebab. Good service and price, and clean. Recommended
This is a nice run of the Mill Indian. Good selection on the menu and decent portions coming in at reasonable prices. What marks it down by one star is the way more tables are shoe horned in, we had a very small table for 4 in the corner, fortunately for us the next table was empty so we could store our empties there. Service was good, it is like everyone working there wants to check if everything is good! Like most the beer price is fairly high but you know that before.
