Walked 30 minutes to pay in a cheque (I have a false leg). Queued for ages, only to be told by a very rude person behind the desk that she couldn't find the paying-in slips, nor could she be bothered to look for them as she was working over-time (it was 2.30pm!). Will find somewhere more helpful & friendly next time.

Used to love having this a post office on my doorstep. With friendly staff who chat to you and now it's gone. It's just an over the counter post office with one member of staff and queues that join and block the corridor with shopping people
