They had good designs
The bathroom design service was superb - Carol advised us and was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured we considered alternate designs and products, usually cheaper ones. The recommended plumber was also excellent and we now have wonderful bathrooms (we went back for 2 further bathrooms after being so impressed with the first).
I use these guys all the time. Find them very helpful, and very quick and very reliable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They keep a high level of communication in regards to orders, so you know when to expect your items.
Totally unhelpful and unfriendly. Only come here if you are a professional plumber and know exactly what you want. If you are a DIY sort my best advice would be to stay away from this place. There are many other plumbing supply stores that have staff who will readily guide you if you are in need of a little support.
