All of the girls behind reception up stairs at Osteopothy First (David Lloyd) are not only very proffesional, but also very friendly and very helpful.I have regular treatment with Chris (Osteopath) at the practice, and his knowledge of my injuries not only gives my huge confidence in his ability to treat me, it also allows me to understand how I can maintain a fit a healthy body whilst at home and whilst training.I highly recommend Chris and all the staff. I have been going to Osteopathy First for many years now and could not recommend them highly enough! As a bit of an adrenaline junkie and petrol head I have managed to injure myself more times than I would care to count. Each time I have gone to Osteopathy first and they have always helped me to a speedy recovery. I have to say a massive thank you to Hannah and Rob for all the help they have given me over the years, and most recently to Sav who got me back to race fit when I hurt my lower back only two weeks before my last race. I picked up a back injury and was recommended to come here. Absolutely brilliant. My osteopath by the name of Sav is brilliant. Hes really helped me with my back and also recommended other home work outs to do to also aid my back. I cant thank him enough for what hes done. The staff are friendly and the facilitys are spot on. Highly recommended

The treatment I have received from Hannah and her team has been fantastic and I frequently recommend this practice. The after care advice allows you to continue feeling the benefits of the treatment till your next appointment and should you have any questions, the team are always on hand to help where they can! Rob Hill (osteopath) pin points the exact areas which need treatment to get rid of things like back pain or paint in feet/knees. He is very thorough and accurate in giving his treatment, making you feel like a new person when finished. Great techniques which work every time and gives extra service including exercises and stretches which help a lot. Best osteopath I've ever been to hands down.
