Just rung them as I am picking up my repeat prescription tomorrow from my doctors, and this pharmacy almost never have my prescription in on time so wanted to make sure they have it when I'm ready to collect to which the lady refused and said they don't order in until they have the letter. Well I'm sorry. I pay 16 a month for these poxy tablets that I literally cannot go a day without. Awful service. If they stocked up on them enough I wouldn't have this problem.
