John decorated my hall, stairs,landing and my bedroom last year. Was a reasonable price and was very quick to quote. Was all done to an excellent high standard and he was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them.

We had john paint our lounge and hallway, it was seemingly great until we looked closer and found imperfections that should have been filled and sanded all over the hallway walls, I believe it was because the job was rushed and filler not fully dried before painting. We questioned a few of the marks and were just met with excuses that "it is the walls" .....of course it is....bad walls is one of the reasons we hired a "professional". If you have perfect walls and low standards the work is adequate. I can in fact paint, the work that was done was no better than I would have done myself. We were scheduled to have john back to do the wallpaper on our chimney and at 60+ a roll we decided to cancel as, after a lengthy debate, we decided it was unlikely to be done to the high standard we were looking for and we didn't want to waste the paper! The plasterer that was recommended by john who plastered our lounge was messy, very! Then when it came to having skirtings put on we were informed the walls were not even close to straight and level, serious bumps had to be removed and we have gaps between the walls and the skirting, it's only been salvaged by the brilliant joiner we hired. In short If you can paint and have the time just do it yourself, we decided to save time hiring john and regret it and it wasn't a cheap regret at close to 1k for 2 rooms. 2 rooms that we will have to take time to correct elements of. I noticed also this company is not on check a trade!
Second time we used theses guys never a problem and great work standards left thank you John.
