Don't expect a quick service - it isn't. There seemed to be very lengthy spells where nothing happened despite chasing them. It is also very impersonal. No correspondence (letters or emails) ever have any names on. Their spelling and grammar is also poor and attention to detail in basic but important documents such as their engagement letter leaves a lot to be desired. They may be regulated by the SRA but solicitors they aren't. There are cheaper and more expensive PPI claims companies out there and I'd probably say to try one of those instead. I've told them repeatedly that my first mortgage was probably the most likely to have PPI associated with it but they've never followed this up or acknowledged this in any way and it's been over 6 months since this ball started rolling.
