Professional dry cleaners? Really? Great place to go if you enjoy being ignored and treated with utter contempt. Not so good if you want to get dry cleaning done. Had several bad experiences there but kept going back as it is only nearby dry cleaners. Will now drive to Knebworth from now on.
Shop states it closes at 17:30, I arrived at 17.25, having rushed to get there after work, to find it has already closed. The street door was locked, the lights inside were out and a lady was inside counting money from the till. With all due respect that to me is unprofessional. When I was a young woman I worked in such shops and so know that for everything to have closed down, as ot appeared to have been, that lady would have had to start closing up by 17.15-20. So I'm annoyed. All I needed to do was drop off 10 shirts, having been here before I knew it would have taken less than 2 minutes to complete. So I was shocked and annoyed that when I indicated to the lady inside she merely looked at the clock above her head and shouted "we're closed". The negative reviews regarding the manners of the staff here I've felt in the past, maybe to a lesser degree and so I shrugged it off and continued to use their service, but after today I'm looking elsewhere, somewhere actually 'professional' for future drycleaning needs.
They destroy a very expencive rug and declined any responsibility for it.Never ever use them for things more expensive then a fiver.
