AVOID at all costs. My insurance claim has taken 10 months now to get resolved and they are still not even close to resolution. Towergate have tardy service and try and bully their customers into submission by delaying and arguing with you. Working with them and their partners Questgates has been one of the worst experiences of our trading life as a business. They have cost us an inordinate amount of time, effort and grief and our practice is falling apart before our eyes because they won't agree to settle the claim that they agreed we were covered for. I have had an awful experience with this company.
