The hot food counter is poorly served. I've been there twice recently and have waited a long time before anyone can be bothered to turn up.The pizza station next to it was busy and the young man serving it was rushed off his feet.I was the only person at the hot food counter and there was no-one to serve me. After a few minutes somebody came out of the room behind to serve me.
Add a itself is very good,great parking and in store wide selection. your in house eat in or take away is so slow at service. you have about 4 staff behind the counter and one serving. VV Slow.
I want to give recognition to Mr Paul Walmsley, who is a security employee at Asda Stevenage for his excellent customer service that he provided towards me despite the fact that I came to make last minute shopping at a very late hour. He is truly an asset for Asda company and being honest if there we're more employees like Mr Paul Walmsley it would make Asda a great place to shop. Great customer service, because of employees like the person mention above I would come to shop at Asda again. 10/10. For Asda: please do forward my review to the employee himself as he deserves the recognition for his hard work and motivation. Thank you
Recently brought in a private company to manage the parking and they have gone to great lengths to make it as hard as possible to k ow what the rules are and as easy as possible to issue you with a fine. Avoid until they see sense
Reasonably good Asda, free parking for up to 90 mins. Plenty of good produce available. Have a Decathlon store in-store. Could do with having more manned tills open and relying less on the self service tills which always require multiple visits for help from a colleague!!!!
