It's nice but you get pounced on as soon as you walk in and then they hard sell, especially on the added protection .
Spoke to a young member of staff, I believe his name was Masud (might have spelt this wrong) he listened to what I had say and gave me some measured and extremely useful advice. Spend over 1 year looking for the right laptop that suited my needs and received excellent advice. If it wasn't for his advice I would not have purchased the laptop.
I must confess that I couldnt be happier with the help of Tamara, the JBL rep. Tamara went out of her way to help me with the portable speakers and was just really helpful. I honestly dont think she couldve been any more helpful. Well done Tamara! :))) True professional!
