You never get an appointment every time you call. It's useless.
Trying to book my smear, got the rudest answear back "there's no point" and then made up some rubbish they couldn't see when I had my last one, even though I stated Ive never had one... Then made up rubbish about a letter!rude, obnoxious and completely heartless
Absolutely shockingly awful. This place should be shut down. Its a scandal that they are allowed to operate. They treat patients with the utmost lack of respect, get medical reforms wrong, dont call back and are extremely officious.
Caring staff and great doctors
Worst doctors surgery i have ever had once you get an appointment it is fine but finding the golden ticket to actually see a GP is like drawing blood from a stone. And to add to the stress caused by not being able to get an appointment you have to deal with the rude cold heartedness of staff who you have to book the appointments through. Not being able to book in advance you are only allowed to book on the day from 8AM and in 9 out of 10 cases after a 45 minute wait you are told you cant have an appointment. This surgery is not fit for purpose would be better of shut and saving the government some money.
