Saw an offer on Groupon for Teeth Whitenjng which looked good.......Where to start? Firstly, the telephone number on the website doesn't work. When I finally managed to get through on a different number through searching online the receptionist was quite rude and not very forthcoming with information about the treatment I was interested in. Was unable to give information on the treatments. Twice I have asked for a call back from the dentist for information and have not been contacted. When making a booking no details were asked of me other than name-which is unusual for Healthcare Facility given the level of risks, rules and regulations in dentistry. At certain times of the day the phone seems to divert to a different dental practice which I am told is a Sister Practice. However the receptionist on that line had never heard of Vital Dental and had no record of my booking!The whole thing screams dodgey and I have subsequently cancelled my groupon and will not be using this service.
Very rude staff who have no people skills what so ever. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone!
