Unbelievable .. Knowing the situation in other garages this time I came to paradise. This man is amazing. Everything repairs very quickly and without unnecessary additional repairs. I had a several different problems. From the remote to the central lock, many sensors and more. He recognized all the mistakes and faults and did everything in 2 hours..Many mechanics, when seeing a good car, exchanged parts what they could exchange, not what was broken and should be repaired. They quoted prices from space for these "repairs". Here thanks to effective recognition of faults and professional correctness, is cheaper than "cheap mechanics"... and much faster. I wish you good luck with others but I know where I'll go next time
I've owned nearly 20 cars and been to many many garages and I can happily say this is the best I've been too yet.5* ratings are absolutely justified! Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and honest.. such a welcome change from the others! Would and will definitely be recommending them to others.. great to hear they do other makes of car too, not just Jags...Thanks
I decided to try Prestige Stevenage, primarily because they are "Jaguar Specialists" but also because of all the 5 star reviews, and I have to say, ALL the previous 5 star reviews are totally justified.Fantastic customer service, wonderful people, fair and honest advise, and the icing on the cake... very reasonable pricing!There is simply nothing more you could want from a garage!And then of course, the confidence in knowing that they really do know my car.I highly recommend Prestige Stevenage to anyone, regardless of make / model of car, and will certainly be going back should I need anything done in the future.Many thanks guys .-----------------------------------------------5 months later, I had some problems with my car (as you'd expect after 116,000 miles) and based on my previous fantastic experience with Luke and Damien, I was certanly not going to take it anywhere else.
