Terrible service. Staff are rude and ignore customers The first time we came, we were turned away despite it not being busy. We waited 45 minutes for an ice-cream on a very quiet Sunday at 11am. If I could give no stars I would .

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had in a 'cafe' like this!We were ignored by staff and had to seat ourselves we couldn't find a clean table so opted for the least worse option. Around 3/4 of the available tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared and this remained for the duration of our stay ( 1hr)When ordering no customer service skills were shown, no hello, welcome or thank you. It felt like the staff were not in the slightest bit interested in offering any sort of service and more interested in chatting. The food came out separately by a difference of about 15 mins! When the whole order arrived it was cold and wrong - no apology from the staff! This was the first and ONLY time I will be visiting this place! I cannot recommend to anybody.

The food and drinks were great when they came. Unfortunately there was quite a delay (which we were warned about). The staff were doing their best at a very busy period. Either require extra staff or someone was off sick

This has to be the WORST I've ever seen it in there! Firstly myself and two children were stood waiting at the "please wait here to be seated sign" while the girls behind the counter just ignored us for 5 minutes. I eventually got fed up of waiting and sat at one of the three clean tables in the entire restaurant. The rest were full of dirty plates etc from previous diners. When ordering the desserts the young girl didn't smile, say thank you or have any kind of customer service at all. As I paid I glanced behind her at the food prep areas and it looked like a bomb had gone off. Dried waffle flakes all over the counter, batter dripping all over the sides, ice cream splattered all down the back of the machine. The entire time we were there the now three young staff members were just messing around. Still no clean tables or any cleaning being done. The cookie dough was dry and over done. Will definitely not return to that dump!

Wonderful place for eating ice creams and desserts with friends and/or family. The place has big sitting area. You do get some nice things to eat, I must say. Slightly expensive but it has good quality. Just wish they had even more variety, not complaining but there is margin for improvement. I have to say having a nice place like this in Stevenage is a good thing.
