Great fun for everyone. Didn't order food. The place was full even mid week and was a great atmosphere. The service was very quick and friendly.
Brought 6 boys between 7 and 11 years for bowling and dinner. Today was an inset day so the place was manic busy. Just wanted to say a huge thank you as we had a lovely time and the staff were amazing under pressure. Special thanks to Rachel on reception - brilliant how she kept calm and worked the queues. Special thanks to Kelly who made our visit special by her enthusiasm, she was running around helping with the lanes, serving drinks and anything else anyone needed. She obviously loves her job and we wish her well in all she does.
Fun and friendly place to come with your family. The staff go out of their way to help you here so don't hesitate to ask them if you need help with anything. The food and drinks here are good and their is also an arcade with gaming machines that pay out tickets for wins which you can exchange for prizes. My children love it here and I would recommend this place to anyone. They also are more than happy to cater for people with disabilities of any description so no one is excluded from having a good time here. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We are frequent fliers at this bowling alley & always seek out branches of this chain when we're looking to go bowling, but are away from home. This is the cleanest, best maintained bowling alley we've found. The atmosphere is always buzzing, with plenty to do after the bowling too, such as pool tables, bar, and the usual arcade style games, etc. The cost is a little on the high side if you are making a night of it, but with efficient lane service, you really can stay for the whole evening. You can borrow shoes (disinfected after every wear), or bring your own appropriate footwear. They do parties too, which make children's birthdays particularly, a whole lot easier to manage.
