Great selection at great prices
The shop is well stocked but a lack of any fishing equipment left me unable to purchase what I required, the sales assistant mentioned to his manager that they needed to start stocking fishing epuiptment to which his managers reply was no we don't I was quite shocked by this response since I was told I was the 5 person today asking.
I like Decathlon. It's one of my go to chains when I need something outdoorsy, along with Go Outdoors. I needed some cycling bits and looked them up on the Decathlon website to check availability, then cycled down from Letchworth to pick up what I needed. As usual the price was right, the availability good and the staff helpful.
Decathlon Stevenage is extremely well located with excellent access 5 minutes from the motorway junction and with plenty of parking available. The choice of sports ranges on offer varies from Ski/Mountain wear including textile and shoes/boots for all ages and levels of practice, Camping, Running, Swimming- pretty much everything you can expect from Decathlon.
